Service terms

This OCR service converts supported PDF and image files into editable DOCX or XLSX output. Customers are responsible for having the right to process the documents they submit.

Availability

OCR is asynchronous and processing time depends on document size, selected pages, queue load and document complexity. Estimated processing times are informational, not guaranteed completion deadlines.

Results

OCR output can contain recognition or layout errors. Customers should review important converted documents before relying on them.

Billing

Usage is measured in Pages. Successfully processed selected pages are billable; failed or timed-out jobs are not billed. Status checks and result downloads do not add to Pages usage.

Limits

Input size, selected-page, retention and rate limits are enforced to protect service reliability. Requests that exceed published limits may be rejected with a structured error.

Retention

Source files are deleted after processing. Results are automatically deleted 2 hours after completion.
